Tomislav is a seasoned Gas Engineer with extensive global experience in LNG/LPG operations, safety, and engineering management. Over a career spanning more than 17 years, he has worked with leading shipowners, service providers, and technical consultancies, building a reputation for precision, innovation, and technical leadership in the energy and shipping industries.

He has overseen the takeover and management of LNG fleets, LNG vessel deliveries, and led complex shipyard upgrades, including dry docking and LNG bunkering modifications. His technical depth includes dual-fuel propulsion systems, high-pressure compressors, EMD generators, and LNG fuel gas supply systems, which are supported by years of hands-on project execution in shipyards across Korea, China, Singapore, and Europe.

Tomislav is highly experienced in LNG Ship-to-Ship (STS) transfer operations, having managed projects in the Middle East, Europe, and Asia, while ensuring compliance with the highest safety and regulatory standards. As a trainer and mentor, he has developed and delivered specialized LNG training programs for multinational crews, advancing knowledge in LNG operations and safety procedures.
